1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using quantedOptions ("the Store", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by quantedOptions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Store or purchase our products.

2. Description of Service

quantedOptions sells premium apparel designed for traders and finance professionals. Our products include hoodies, t-shirts, and other merchandise featuring original designs. All products are:

• Made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer
• Produced using premium materials and quality printing methods
• Shipped directly to customers after production

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our Store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our Store:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card information directly.

5. Made-to-Order Products and Returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Guide

Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to our size charts. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

6. Shipping

Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on quantedOptions, including designs, graphics, logos, images, and text, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without permission
• Use our designs or branding for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our designs
• Remove or alter any copyright notices from our products

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTEDOPTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold quantedOptions harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Store, your purchase of our products, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
