• Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited transaction details (such as the last four digits of your card, billing name, and billing address) for record-keeping and support purposes.
• Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us via email or contact forms.

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, dashboard interactions, time spent on the platform, and navigation patterns.

CBOE data licensing requires that all subscribers be classified as either Professional or Non-Professional. This classification affects the licensing terms and fees associated with the market data you access. You are required to self-certify your status during account setup, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your classification. We may ask you to re-certify periodically as required by our data licensing agreements.
