Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 11, 2026
quantedOptions, LLC (“quantedOptions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas limited liability company that operates the website www.quantedoptions.com (the “Website”) and the quantedOptions analytics platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Website, subscribe to our Service, or otherwise interact with us.
quantedOptions provides a real-time financial analytics dashboard featuring SPX and VIX gamma exposure (GEX) data, options flow analysis, and related market data visualizations. We are a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform — we do not sell physical products and do not collect shipping addresses.
By using our Website or subscribing to our Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use our Website or Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you create an account using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Subscriber Classification: As required by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) data licensing terms, we collect your self-declared status as a Professional or Non-Professional subscriber. This classification determines the terms under which licensed market data is displayed to you.
- Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited transaction details (such as the last four digits of your card, billing name, and billing address) for record-keeping and support purposes.
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us via email or contact forms.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, dashboard interactions, time spent on the platform, and navigation patterns.
- Device and Browser Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- IP Address: Collected for security, fraud prevention, approximate geolocation, and compliance with data licensing requirements.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as described in Section 6 below.
- Log Data: Server logs that record requests made to our platform, including timestamps, request URLs, and response codes.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- Shipping or physical mailing addresses (we do not sell or ship physical products)
- Brokerage account credentials or trading account information
- Your personal trading positions or portfolio holdings
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service: Authenticate your account, manage your subscription, deliver real-time analytics dashboards, and display licensed market data appropriate to your subscriber classification.
- Process payments: Manage subscription billing, process charges, handle refunds, and send payment receipts and subscription status notifications via Stripe.
- Communicate with you: Respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send service-related notices (such as maintenance windows, feature updates, or changes to our terms), and deliver marketing communications if you have opted in.
- Improve the platform: Analyze usage patterns to improve dashboard performance, develop new features, optimize data delivery, and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure security and prevent fraud: Monitor for unauthorized access, detect abuse, and protect the integrity of our systems and data feeds.
- Comply with legal and licensing obligations: Meet our obligations under CBOE data licensing agreements (including subscriber classification enforcement), respond to legal processes, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advertising and analytics: Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users find and interact with our Website.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, process payments, host infrastructure, and analyze usage. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf. See Section 5 for a list of key third-party services.
- Data Licensors: We may be required to share subscriber classification information or aggregated usage statistics with our market data licensors (such as CBOE) to comply with data redistribution agreements. We do not share your personal contact information with data licensors except as specifically required by their licensing terms.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
- With Your Consent: In any other circumstances where we have obtained your explicit consent.
4. Market Data and Financial Information
Our platform displays financial analytics derived from licensed market data. It is important that you understand how this data is handled:
4.1 Data Sources and Processing
We receive options market data from the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and other licensed data providers. This raw data is processed through our computational pipeline to generate gamma exposure (GEX) analytics, options Greeks, implied volatility surfaces, and other derived metrics displayed on the dashboard.
4.2 Professional vs. Non-Professional Classification
CBOE data licensing requires that all subscribers be classified as either Professional or Non-Professional. This classification affects the licensing terms and fees associated with the market data you access. You are required to self-certify your status during account setup, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your classification. We may ask you to re-certify periodically as required by our data licensing agreements.
4.3 Data Accuracy and AI Assistance Disclaimer
Important Notice Regarding Data Accuracy
The quantedOptions platform has been designed and developed with humans at the center, with AI assistance used in portions of the development process. While we strive for accuracy in all data processing and display, errors are possible in data ingestion, computation, and visualization. Users must independently verify any data, analytics, or outputs before relying on them for any purpose. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.
